Meet the Founder
After years of a successful career in the corporate world, I found myself craving a deeper connection—to myself, to others, and to a sense of purpose beyond the 9-to-5. The fast-paced energy of New York City had shaped my professional path and fueled my ambition, but I began craving opportunities to slow down and create something important.
That calling led me to yoga. What began as a personal practice soon became a transformational journey, guiding me to complete my yoga teacher training and step fully into the world of wellness. Now, as the founder of Wild Sage Wellness, I’m bringing that journey full circle, creating a space where busy New Yorkers can slow down and create a sense of balance in their daily lives.
I strive to bring an authentic approach, staying true to the origins and philosophy of yoga. My experience allows me the unique opportunity to blend the discipline of corporate structure with the fluidity of mindful movement. The classes and experiences I offer aim to align with a diverse set of clients and needs - from a restorative meditation session to a challenging sculpt workout. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice, my goal is to help you find your own flow—on and off the mat.
